BUYING GOODS FROM US
We try to ensure that all information on this website is accurate and correct at all times. In relation to our goods, please note that all sizes and measurements are approximate, that colours show up slightly differently on different computers, that goods are subject to availability, and that delivery estimates given on the website or by email are estimates.
You make an offer to buy goods from us (“your order”) by completing the steps on our website.
Your order constitutes an offer to buy goods from us. It does not form a binding contract until accepted by us. Where your order is for more than one item, it constitutes a series of offers for each item.
You place your order by completing the steps required on our website. We will acknowledge your order by email, sent to the email address that you provide to us. If there is any error on your part in your order, you must email us immediately and we will correct your error in your order and confirm to you that we have done so.
Your order is not accepted by us until we have received full payment for the items in your order, and have sent the items in your order to you.
We will send you an email confirmation when your order is dispatched. We will send goods to the address you provide to us for this purpose, but reserve the right to send goods only to a registered address you have with a payment provider, such as PayPal.
Stock permitting, items in your order will be dispatched to you within two working days of our acceptance of your order.
Items for delivery to a United Kingdom address are usually sent to you to arrive within three to four working days.
If your items are for delivery overseas, we will advise you of what we understand to be the usual delivery times for arrival in your country, but overseas postal times vary considerably, and this information should not be regarded as any guarantee of a delivery date.
If any item is out of stock, we will notify you with an indication of when the item will again be in stock and offer you a full refund if the estimated delivery date does not meet your requirements. If an item is sold out, we will issue a full refund within seven days.
The Distance Selling Regulations
You have the right to cancel your order under the Distance Selling Regulations, which gives you extra protection when buying online.
You have the right to cancel your order without having to give a reason within the “cooling off period” of fourteen days, beginning on the day after you receive the items in your order.
If you have received your order, you are under a duty to retain the items and to take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us at the address we will provide, at your own cost, as soon as possible after you have emailed us to cancel the contract, and in any event within fourteen days. It is in your interests to send any items back to us using a tracked and insured service.
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract, and have returned any items you have received in the same condition as when they were received, any sum you have paid (including the cost of postage to you, but not the cost of your returning the items to us) will be refunded as soon as practicable, and in any event within fourteen days of our receiving the items sent to you. If you cancel before the items have been sent to you, we will refund what you have paid within fourteen days of receipt of your cancellation.
Your right to cancel does not extend to any item which has been personalised for you.
Apart from your right to cancel under the Distance Selling Regulations, returns are only permitted if the items are defective or damaged. You must always notify us within fourteen days, starting with the day after you receive items in your order, if you consider any item to be defective or damaged. This process does not affect your statutory rights.
Any refunds will only be made on safe receipt of the items by us, in the same condition as when sent to you. It is in your interests to send any items back to us using a tracked and insured service. Where we agree that the item is damaged or defective, we will refund what you paid for the item (including postage) as well as the actual cost of postage in returning the item to us.
All notices you send to us must be sent to the contact details provided on this website.
We may give you notice at either the email or postal address you provide to us when placing your order. Notice will be deemed received and properly served on you 24 hours after an email is sent, or three days after the date of posting of any letter.
In proving the service of any notice, it will be sufficient to show, in the case of a letter, that the letter was properly addressed, stamped and placed in the post, and, in the case of an email, that the email was sent to the email address you provided us with when placing your order.
